Check-In is 11:00AM or anytime thereafter. You will have access to your room and receive a guest orientation at the time of arrival.
Check out is at 11: 00AM. Anyone who needs to be accommodated beyond this time will be welcome to do so at an extra cost of $US 100.00 per day. This will include food (Breakfast and Dinner) and fresh towels and bed linen. This will NOT include any treatments or therapeutic juices. Final payment in full is required at least 28 days before arrival. We accept credit/debit cards, direct deposit, or Travelers Check for all reservations. Alternatively you may call our center on: (876) 361-7498 or (876) 622-6120, to make payment by credit/debit card.
No refunds are issued for cancellations or early departure due to inclement weather or personal circumstances inside of the cancellation date range.
We strongly suggest that you consider purchasing travel insurance for your safety and the protection of your family.
A confirmation with receipt, facility policies and rules, dates of visit, and property information will be emailed to you after your initial reservation payment is processed. Carefully check your information for accuracy and contact us if any corrections are necessary, otherwise it will be assumed correct.
An atmosphere conducive to relaxation and enjoyment of all guests in surrounding accommodations must be maintained at all times. We are a Christian organization and therefore uphold Christian values at our center.
We reserve the right to refuse reservation, and or discontinue your occupancy if in our judgment your occupancy is detrimental to the property, or your behavior deemed detrimental to other health guests or members of staff.
We reserve the right to enter the rooms at any time for the purpose of inspection, repair, maintenance, cleaning or any other management reason necessary. We will notify you in advance unless the need to enter is an emergency.
While we are located in a very safe community, by staying on our property you are assuming all risk and liability for any damages done to your person or property during your stay.
We carefully screen our staff, yet ask that you secure your belongings. Management and owners will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or loss of money or valuables of any kind. A safe is provided for money or any other valuables.
Only responsible adults will be able to stay on the property. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of payment, and the party will not be able to check-in.
Free WIFI is available. However, to ensure that you are able to make contact with family and friends, telephone service is available at a nominal charge.
Please bring with you all personal supplies and toiletries for your stay (i.e., toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, etc.), as these are not provided by the facility.
Nature's Bliss is a non-smoking facility. We ask that your do not smoke on our property at any time, this includes the outdoor areas and the gardens surrounding the facility.
FURNISHING AND DÉCOR:
Each suite is fully furnished has been tastefully decorated with care by the owners and management. We ask that you respect our property. It you need to rearrange furnishing during your stay, we ask that you replace them prior to your departure.
A daily housekeeping service is included with your fees. We also supply washing facilities at no additional charge.
Every effort is made to maintain the accommodations in good repair. All repairs will be handled as quickly as possible. No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pool or any other amenities.
Firearms are prohibited at this property.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited by law on the property.
In case of emergency, our center is located less than 10 minutes away from the nearest hospital.
It is your responsibility to make sure you gather all your personal belongings before your departure. We are not responsible for items left behind. Any shipping or mailing costs incurred to retrieve and return forgotten items will be the guest’s responsibility.
